The first sod of what is set to become one of the premier office locations in New Zealand has been turned. After a ground breaking ceremony last month, Quad5 is now in the early stages of construction.
Located on Leonard Issit Drive, the four-storey building is sure to become a highly coveted location in business circles once it is completed next year.
Already being leased off the plans, the building will have a total space of about 4,800 sqm to let, including full floors, smaller tenancies and naming rights still up for grabs.
There is 850 sqm available on the ground floor for retail, office and gym space, plus the third and fourth floors have 1,055 sqm available on each floor. Auckland Airport will be taking the first floor.
