Auckland Airport has announced the appointment of Anna Cassels-Brown as the new general manager of people and safety.
Adrian Littlewood, Auckland Airport's chief executive, says, “Anna's appointment follows an extensive search process. Anna will be responsible for Auckland Airport's strategy development and delivery across the human resources and health and safety functions. This new role will report directly to me, reflecting both the importance of the performance, development and welfare of our airport team as well as the ongoing and critical importance of safety to our business.”

She has made a significant impact on people practices, organisational development and company culture in some of New Zealand's leading companies, including Fonterra Co-operative Group, Air New Zealand, Refining NZ and most recently Landcorp NZ.”
“Anna has also held a number of directorships through her career, and is currently a member of the governing Council of the Northland Polytechnic.”
