If you’re into high adrenalin team sports, you’re planning a stag do or you need an idea for team building, you only have to wait until August for some fast-paced fun.
Located on Nixon Road, next to the airport’s driving range, a brand new paintball facility is taking shape which will have 10 different scenario fields, including Custer’s last stand, a UFO landing, the D-Day invasion, Mad Max and a jungle-themed Vietnam field. There will also be speed ball for teams to take part in.
Business development manager Sean Thompson says the paintball facility will improve the amenity value of the airport. “It will be a great attraction for corporate events, workers and visitors to the airport business district.”
So keep your eyes open for developments, and plan your August team building event around the thrill and excitement of paintball!
