Had enough of running around after energetic kids? Then head to the Kids Corner - Auckland Airport’s fantastic new playground on level one landside near McDonalds.
The new facility opened last month and is sure to make the airport experience a whole lot more fun for the kids – and their parents.
Designed for pre-schoolers, the playground is fully enclosed with lots of exciting wall and floor mounted toys brought in especially from Australia.
In addition, a new airside parents’ room opened in August with feeding cubicles, changing tables, a microwave and a new enclosed play area.
The landside parents’ room is also about to undergo refurbishment to bring its facilities up to scratch and will reopen before Christmas.
