The annual meeting of shareholders of Auckland International Airport Limited was held at the TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre today.
All resolutions put to the meeting were passed by shareholders. Full details of the polls conducted are set out below.
Anthony Frankham was re-elected to the board. He was appointed a director of the company in 1994 and chaired the board's audit and risk committee until he became board chairman last year.
Keith Turner was re-elected to the board. He was appointed a director of the company in 2004, and deputy chairman in November 2007.
Directors were authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor, Deloitte.
