Domestic terminal

Bus, shuttle, taxi and rideshare pick-up zones are located on the domestic terminal forecourt.

International terminal

Pick-up locations vary by transport service:

Public and scheduled buses: Transport Hub or nearby bus stops.
Taxis, rideshare and Super Shuttle: Transport Pick-up Zone, a 1–2-minute walk from international arrivals via Door 11.
Pre-booked taxis: Meet your driver inside the international arrivals area.
Off-site parking and accommodation shuttles: Off-site Transfer Zone, a 5–7-minute walk north of the Transport Hub, behind Te Arikinui Pullman Auckland Airport.
