International Terminal
Auckland Duty Free is located at both international departures and arrivals and accepts cash, eftpos, all major credit cards, plus China Union Pay and Alipay.
For departing travellers, the main store is straight after security, and for added convenience, a smaller store is located before the gates on each Pier (Pier A and Pier B). For arrivals, the Auckland Duty Free store is located before Customs, and the baggage claim area. For the best range, be sure to buy on your departure out of New Zealand, for pick up when you return in the arrivals store.
All Auckland Free stores are currently open at times aligned to departing and arriving flight schedules.
Save time at the airport by pre-ordering a selected range of products online at The Mall, available to order online up to three months in advance of your travels to 24hrs before travel. You can Click & collect at Auckland Airport’s Collection Point, and you can choose to collect on departure or arrival, or both.
