Auckland Airport’s international departure area is a unique part of New Zealand: its gateway to the world. Improving this final experience of New Zealand is a key part of Auckland Airport’s 30-year vision to build the ‘airport of the future’. Airfield upgrade works

Pier B extension

Pier B was originally built in 2007, providing an additional two gate lounges – gates 15 and 16 – to accommodate passengers on a new generation of super jumbo aircraft such as the Airbus A380. View artist impressions and construction images below or find out more here.
