Auckland Airport advises the market of the attached announcement made last evening by Finance Minister, Michael Cullen.
Auckland Airport is seeking clarification from the Overseas Investment Office as to the implications of this announcement for the current takeover offer by the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
Auckland Airport will keep the market updated of any further developments.
